All sales are final. Returns, if authorized, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged goods (if not refused at the time of delivery) must be claimed by the customer directly with the delivering shipping company. Installation fees are non refundable. Special order items require a 50% deposit. No cancellations. on special order items.
